This month is cleft lip palate awareness month. I was born with both. I had both repaired when I was little. I also had a bone graft into my jaw to help my teeth line up.
I come from a Catholic background but my immediate family dont practise it.
I like to feel positive thoughts and I am open to everything people beleive and will respect all.
To me kindness love and compassion are very important in life so is understanding. If we dont have these it will be harder to be happy in the world.
Lately I have been struggling with my tummy which has set off my anxiety and OCDS. I try to distract my self by relaxing and doing something else.
This hadn’t helped and i have had to decrease the rate on my feeds. They also stopped making one of my medications so I am off reflux meds.
I have been listening to the calm app on my phonewich helps me to relax. I also have been having my neuro feedback and this is helping slowly.
